Why Braav Labs exists.
Every business is going to need AI systems to work smarter. Health care needs them first, so that is where we start: clinics and practices, then every service business that pays for demand.

Why we started
AI is becoming part of how every business works. We chose to start with the industry that needs it most.
- 01
The shift
Every business is going to run on AI systems.
Not a chatbot stuck on a website. The follow-up, the booking, the reminders and the paperwork, handled by systems that keep working while the team gets on with the people in front of them. In a few years that will be how a well-run business works, not an extra. Braav Labs exists to build those systems properly.
- 02
Why health care
We start where it matters most.
Health care is Canada’s largest employer, and a big share of a clinic’s day goes to work that is not care: phones, forms, reminders, replies. That is exactly the work AI handles well. Helping clinics and practices run smarter is the most useful place to start, so that is where we start.
- 03
Proof first
We ran it on our own business before anyone else’s.
Our own sales pipeline finds businesses, researches them and follows up. Voice agents we practise calls against. A content system that drafts and posts our social media. Every one went live on Braav Labs first, and every system we build now reports on itself, because our first version once failed without telling anyone.
- 04
Now
Dental and clinics first, then every service business.
Practices pay for every new patient inquiry, then lose some to a slow reply or a missed call. That is the first leak we fix. A new-patient site for a Scarborough dental practice is in build now. The same systems carry over to any owner-led business that pays for demand.
We think like operators. We build like engineers.
We spend the first part of every job on the business rather than the tooling: what the goal is, where work is being lost, and what closing that gap is worth. The technology comes second. The problem comes first.

The Braav Labs approach
Tools do not make businesses more money.Knowing where to point them does.
- VisionSee the whole business, not the one piece you were asked about.
- StrategyFind the gap that is costing the most to leave open.
- SystemsBuild only what closes it, in the tools you already pay for.
- ImplementationDeploy it, measure it, and keep it working after we leave.
What working with us actually involves.
The same terms appear on every service page, because they do not change depending on what you are buying.
- Pricing
- Fixed price, quoted after a scope call
- You have the number before anything is built. Nothing is billed by the hour.
- Timeline
- A date at quote time
- Stated as a commitment, not an estimate that drifts once work starts.
- Ownership
- Everything stays in your name
- Domains, hosting, inboxes and every account, on your billing, documented.
- 01
Scope call
Twenty minutes on how inquiries reach you today. No deck, no discovery package.
- 02
Written scope and a fixed quote
What gets built, when it lands, what it costs. Fixed before anything starts.
- 03
Build and review
You see it working on your own content, not a screenshot of it working.
- 04
Launch and handover
Accounts in your name, a written record of what runs where, a walkthrough.
- 05
Support, if you want it
A separate decision, made after something is already running.
