We join up software; we do not resell it. Subscriptions and usage stay on your accounts at cost. Where a tool offers no proper way in or out, we will tell you that rather than building something fragile on top of it.
- A written map of how the work moves today
- Joined up through the official connections your software already offers
- Rules for what starts it, what it changes, and where it goes next
- Retry, rate-limit and error handling
- A defined safe state when an upstream service fails
- An alert the moment it stalls
Questions about manual admin.
Workflow automation is connecting the software a business already uses so that a step which currently requires a person to move information (copying a booking into a CRM, sending a confirmation, updating a spreadsheet) happens automatically when the triggering event occurs.
Workflow automation follows rules you define: when this happens, do that. AI is used where a step needs interpretation rather than a rule: reading an unstructured message, summarising a call, deciding what a request is about. Most useful systems are mostly rules with AI at the two or three points that actually need it. Putting a model where a rule would do makes a system slower, more expensive and harder to debug.
No, and we would push back if you suggested it. Replacing working software is expensive, disruptive, and usually solves a problem that integration solves for a fraction of the cost.
The workflow enters a defined safe state rather than failing silently, the event is retained so nothing is lost, and a monitor raises an alert to a named person. Deciding this behaviour up front is most of the engineering.
