What you get.
Messaging that answers the first question first
A page structure with an argument

A performance budget, enforced
Built, not assembled
How it gets built.

What is included.
Photography, copywriting beyond the site itself, and ongoing content are quoted separately when you want them. They are real work and folding them into a site price hides what you are paying for.
- Messaging and page structure, written before design
- Design on your real content and images
- Responsive from 320px up, designed mobile first
- A performance budget tested on mid-range devices
- Semantic markup, keyboard navigation and visible focus
- Reduced-motion handling throughout
Questions about a site that does not sell.
Answering the visitor's actual question before asking for anything, ordering the page the way a decision gets made, offering one clear action rather than five competing ones, and loading fast enough on a phone that the visitor is still there. It is mostly structure and speed, not persuasion.
No. We build in code. A page builder makes the first version faster and every subsequent constraint (performance budget, accessibility, custom interaction) harder or impossible.
You do. Domain, hosting, analytics and the code are in your name. There is no arrangement where leaving us costs you the website.
A date gets committed at quote, once the scope is written down. We do not publish a generic timeline, because the honest answer depends entirely on how much content exists and how fast it gets approved.
